The Rumor queen's rumor is that this months cutoff is July 28th, 2006. If we were still waiting in line we would be in. I am aware that the only reason they got this far is due to a large number of people dropping out of the program, including us. It will be interesting anyway to look at the babies and see who could have possibly been our daughter.

An agency in Europe reports the cut off is July 28th.
I’m giving this an R3 at the moment. I high R3, in fact — but for it to raise to an R4 or R5 I need confirmation from another agency.
I am glad and know that we did what was best by dropping out because it led us to Katie. If we had stayed with the China program my mother would have never met her granddaughter. I am soooooo glad that she got to met and love our precious Katie bug.
